Is the Everest Base camp trek difficult?

The Everest Base Camp trek via Gokyo Renjo La Pass is a moderate trek that takes you to the maximum elevation of 5,500 meters. The trekking route is not as difficult as most people visualize on their minds. However, the trek demands 5 to 6 hours of average walking per day. Thus, you must build up your physical and mental fitness.

The trek is achievable for everyone without any prior trekking experiences with an average level of fitness. We will have experienced professional guides at each step of the way and they always encourage you upon needs.  The Everest Base Camp Trek is an opportunity to examine your patience and endurance to prove yourself what you can actually achieve.
