Caravan Trekking is one of the challenging treks in Nepal from Dolpo to Jomsom crossing more than 10 high passes in the Himalayan region. Dolpo region is a hidden area where there are a number of mysteries to be explored. Trekkers in this trail get a wide variety of challenges and adventures with impressive views of most of the High mountain ranges. Caravan trekking trail takes through Shey Phoksundo Lake and leads towards Nepal’s highest altitude settlement and descends down from the highest mountain pass to Jomsom

Caravan trekking is an unforgettable adventure trekking in remote areas of Nepal. A wide variety of endangered animals and pristine forests where human existence seems less remarkable gives a glimpse of geographical difficulty to access development facilities. Trekking in this region provides the opportunity of visiting Nepal’s largest National Park Shey Phoksundo National Park and exploring extended Tibetan Plateau in Upper Dolpo and experiencing the unique culture of Dho Tarap and the highest altitude settlement of Charkha. Crossing the mountain passes Sangdla Pass trekking trail descends down to Jomsom. The opportunity of seeing different wild animals like musk deer, snow leopard, Himali Blue Sheep, and so many other animals along the way is a pleasant experience of the trek. Visiting some of the ancient Gompas and monasteries are enough for getting an insight into the religious practices in the region.

Caravan trekking is a challenging and difficult trek, therefore, it requires experience to trek in this region. Trekking experience with health and fitness can trek in this trail with self-serving trekking instruments. Trekking is a camping trek in the group for adventure seekers and well-experienced trekkers.
