ANNAPURNA BASE CAMP WITH GHANDRUK TREK 9 Days

Annapurna Base Camp via Ghandruk trek is a short trek. That takes you to Gurung landmarks of Ghandruk and Chhomrong village and to Annapurna base camp and Jhinu danda.After 25 minute flight from Kathmandu  to Pokhara we will pick up from Airport then Drive to  Nayapul. From here our trekking begins to Ghandruk village. Passing by Ghandruk we cross Chhomrong and trek to Sinuwa where we rest overnight.

Next day we start our trek to Bamboo and rest in a hotel. Next morning after breakfast we start our trek to Annapurna base camp. We can see Hinko cave and Deurali on the way and arrive at Dovan. Following day we trek to Machhapuchhre Base Camp. This is not the base camp but altitude starts from here to scale the mountains. After spending overnight at Machhapuchhre Base Camp we trek to Annapurna base camp. It is in an altitude of 4130meters and takes three hours to reach there. Sometimes snow makes the trail difficult to follow.

Annapurna base camp you can see sunlight penetrating the mountains giving a golden glow. People also do skiing in the snow patches. After taking close view of Mount Annapurna, Mt. MACHHAPUCHHRE AND Mount Dhaulagiri, we start trekking down from Annapurna base camp to Jhinu following the stepping stones of trails that we crossed to reach Annapurna base camp. We will go back to Dovan, Bamboo and stay overnight at lodge.

Jhinu is the source of Natural hot spring water. From Jhinu we go back to Birethani, Syauli bazaar and drive back to Pokhara. From Pokhara we arrive at Kathmandu and go to hotel and rest with dinner and cultural program. Next day is our departure and you will be transferred to airport to your onward destination.
