Day 1

Kathmandu (1300) -Kerung Border (145 Km) 06-07 hours’ drive

Early in the Morning scenic drive to Kerung Border (Nepal-Tibet Border) through the beautiful Nepalese countryside and after necessary border formalities at Nepalese immigration, Chinese immigration, continue to drive to Kerung. Stay overnight at Guest House.

Day 2

Kerung - Tingri (4300 m) 225 Km / Lhatse (4,350 m) /244 Km

The highest plateau with the standard scenes of Tibetan landscape from where the breathtaking panorama of beautiful Himalayan ranges including Mt Cho Oyu (8201 M) & Mt. Xishapagma (8012 M), one can experience the magnificence of Mt. Everest (8,848 M). Stay overnight at Guest House.

Day 3

Tingri/Lhaste - Xigatse (3,900 M): 244 Km

The tour continue drive crossing Over Gyatchu La (5,220M), the highest pass en route to Lhasa via Lhatse from where a road to Mt. Kailash bifurcates to the west. Stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 4

Xigatse - Gyantse (3,950 m)

Morning sightseeing to the Panchen Lama's Tashilhumpu Monastery. Then depart for the two and a half-hour drive to Gyantse. The central attraction is the Kumbum monastery with its exceptional architecture. Stay overnight to the Hotel.

Day 5

Gyantse - Lhasa (3,650 m): 261 Km

It will be a long full day scenic drive crossing over Karo-la (5,010 m), Kamba-la (4,749 m), Vivid Yamdrok-Tso Lake and the Tibetan lifeline river Brahma Putra (Yarlung Tsangpo) and to Lhasa. – Stay overnight at Hotel.

Day 6

Sightseeing In Lhasa

The visit to Sera Monastery then drives to visit Jokhang Temple. In the evening, walk to Barkhor Bazaar is one of the most famous to go shopping in Lhasa.

Day 7

Sightseeing In Lhasa

In the morning, visit the Potala Palace then visit the Norbulingka Summer Palace. On the banks of the Kyichi River, Norbulingka is also the site of the summer palace of the Dalai Lamas (8th to 14th). In the evening, visit the Drepung monastery from can enjoy the natural beauty of the Lhasa valley. Stay overnight at the hotel.

Lhasa - Kathmandu

Early morning drive to Gonggar airport departure flight to Kathmandu.
