Bardia National Park is located in the plain land of western Nepal and covers the 968sq km. it is one of the popular destinations for jungle safari in Nepal. Bardia national park is heaven to several endangered species of animals including tiger, wild elephant, rhinoceros, swamp deer, blackbuck, gharial crocodile, marsh mugger, crocodile, etc. this national park is also famous for the bird watching activity. This national park boasts of more than 400 spices of birds. Here you can see many rare birds like Bengal florican, lesser florican, Silver-eared Mesia and Sarus Crane, etc. Here you also see the freshwater dolphins and blackbuck antelopes which are found only in this place in Nepal.

Along with the resident bird spices, this national park is also visited by the migratory birds. The park offers a variety of experiences in its vast undisturbed wilderness.
