For us to able to fly to all nooks and corners of the mountain terrain of Nepal, we have maintained a unique fleet mix that has proven short take-off and landing (STOL) capabilities for the last several decades. We have 4 Canada-made DHC 6 300 (Twin Otter) aircraft which are time-tested in the diverse and difficult mountain terrain in Nepal over the last four decades. The German Fairchild aircraft DO 228 have been flying in the country for about last two decades. We operate two such aircraft. Swiss-made PC-6 has excellent STOL and high altitude capabilities and was first flown on the Nepalese mountains in the early 1960s. We operate two brand new PC 6 aircraft.
