Surrounded by the majestic Himalayas including world’s tallest mountain, Everest region is full of thrilling experience which is at a distance of thirty-five minutes scenic flight from Kathmandu. Among others, Everest Panorama Trek is one of the most preferred trekking trails by the trekkers as it is the short trekking route in this region.

Everest Panorama trek is not limited to viewing majestic mountains and breathtaking scenarios, it also provides you with the opportunity to witness and live the Sherpa culture closely and enjoy their hospitality since the trekking route encompasses village trails.

Just like the Everest Base Camp, Everest Panorama Trek follows the same trail, however, the trek ends in Tengboche. The journey begins a day after you arrive in the city of the temple, Kathmandu. You will take a 35 minutes adventurous yet scenic flight to Lukla: you will be flying above the spectacular mountains accompanied by deep canyons (call it a bonus!).

After you reach Lukla, your awaited short yet exciting trek starts. You along with the equipped crew member will head towards Phakding. An hour of steep climb will take us to the trekker’s junction, Namche Bazaar. Since we need to acclimatize to a higher altitude before heading forward, we will stay here for two days. Situated on the lap of magnificent Himalayas, the place provides you with an opportunity to live the zestful culture, serene atmosphere and unparalleled hospitality of Sherpas. Here, we will organize a short trek to Khumjung village.

Continuing our journey, we will be trekking up to the Mongla Dada, a small village above the cloud. This village gives the panoramic view of the high Himalayas including Mount Everest. Chasing the cloud we will finally reach our final destination i.e Tengboche. You will get to learn the day to day life of monks and Sherpa culture at the Tengboche monastery.

Leaving Tengboche, we will return back to Namche then to Phakding and then to Lukla. The following day, you will return back to Kathmandu.
